Not such a shock was the two page spread of tents involved in the big camp dress your tent competition and the small pic of us with our tent however turned to page 50 and theres a half page photo of me and the girls putting up a tent 17 17

I'm not sure everyone is at their best photogenic pose when putting up a tent, I'd certainly at least have my bum in the air pegging or have a red face from shouting at the 4-year old. Photographers all round, please come only when it's all up and I manage a serene non-red face sitting on my chair, basking in my sense of accomplishment with an angelic smile on my face and a drink in hand?

My OH is convinced that a permanent raincloud follows my tent where ever it is pitched. Apparently, I could end all drought and famine in Africa simply by pitching my tent there!

I actually think it may have been us taking it down (which was another a race) I was a little concerned there may be pics of me crawling in to attach the inner tent but this one isn't too bad and was genuine smiles all round.
