Contacted Vango yesterday as one of the middle section's of my windbreak pole's had bent and snapped. It was the first time I had used it, although I purchased it over 2 months ago. When we were away we did not have any strong wind that could of bent it so contacted Vango asking if it could be a manufacturing fault or are they under guarantee. They got back saying the pole's aren't under warranty, but would send me 2 pole section's free of charge. I think the service I have received from Vango is excellent and would like to say a big thank you. You here of some tent manufacture's not being very helpful but Vango has the thumb's up for me.
The poles came 3 day's later they sent me 1 full pole 3 sections and 2 more spare section's all brand new. I was so pleased I sent them a email saying how pleased I was and would recommend Vango.
