Hi..We bought one of these from argos at easter and its brilliant ...think it was only about £20.00 and its a silentnight make.

We had to buy it as easter camping trip this year was freezing but we are still putting it on about half an hour before we go to bed (which is an airbed) by the way and leaving it on one all night or until we get too hot and have to turn it off without wearing our pjs

Its a really lovely feeling getting in a nice warm bed and we would definatly recommend them

We used an electric blanket in the tent. I had one that would pre heat and also could be left on overnight. It was brilliant. When we camped without the blanket the bedding always felt damp. We were putting away after a holiday and when I stripped the airbed there were 2 damp patches where OH and I had been lying!!!!!! (That sounds gross now I've read it back!!!!!!)

I used to wake in the night because I'd moved in bed and found a cold spot, the electric blanket stopped that.

People worry about damp and electric but it's no different from home, we all perspire, it's just more noticeable if you are cold.

We used to camp April to October but wouldn't have gone without my blanket. Also we didn't need the fan heater on overnight when we used the blanket.
