Hi everyone, this is my first post on this site, although I've been reading reviews and forum posts for over 12 months.
I'm after some pointers/assistance with my family's first tent purchase.
We are looking for a large tent, big enough for 2 adults/2 kids and a dog, with a good size living room, sewn in groundsheet is a must and a preference for a canopy. We'd prefer bedrooms that are either side of the living area, rather than all in a row.
We've visited local shops and seen plenty of tents erected but can't seem to get something to tick every box :(
We liked the Gelert Horizon 8, but not the unzipped end entrance....the Sunncamp Shadow 800 looked great apart from the lack of fly screens on the main door (same issue with Khyam Marseille, I've only read this)
The Llitchfield cathedral 8 looks better, but there was no canopy and I didn't check to see if the end door was fully zipped when I saw it on display.
So, can anyone recommend a tent that ticks all the boxes, or am I being to picky? Any help gratefully received!
