Just want to say how fantastic the customer service was from Vango. I had a problem with our Airbeam pump so I emailed them last Sunday morning. Had a reply within the hour (which was a surprise on a Sunday) saying that they would send a replacement free of charge. It arrived yesterday! Fantastic stuff!!!

We are well chuffed as well. Had same problem with our pump, we emailed them and got a reply within a day asking for our address so that they could send a new one out, free of charge.

It's nice to see/hear of a company that really values it's customers. This is our third Vango tent (Orchy 600, Icarus 300 and Eternity 600) and I wouldn't hesitate to have another. The added piece of mind that you know you'll get help if needed goes along way when purchasing a product as expensive as a tent.
