I am off on my first camping trip with my husband, 3 boys under 9 and the dog. It is just a 2 night trip not too far from home to get a feel for it. I have camped before having kids but have a feeling it will be a completely different experience now.
We have just purchased a Conway Challenger and although we put the sleeping area up on our driveway, we have yet to erect the awning so will most likely be site entertainment for a good couple of hours
I am really excited and constantly checking off the list and adding more stuff. We go to the new forest in 2 weeks for 4 nights and the Southern model air show for 2 nights in September with no EHU. Really hoping to go to France next year as well.
This forum has been so helpful in the last few weeks and I have got some great tips. Wish me luck!
I have just got back from my first ever camping trip with the family (Myself, the missus, and 3 kids ages 5, 2 and 7 months.) went absolutely perfectly. You'll have a great time. Remember plenty of pictures :)
