Mrs Scooby and I are still looking for a trailer, we have just found out that hopefully we shall be able to change our car next month (going from a 2L mondeo tdci to a 1.6 Peugeot 207).
I went to a main online dealer to get a price and rough dimensions, so I went to Halfords and got this.
I like Mrs Scooby's choice. I love mine! (A GT750, not 500) It's just great. Gets lots of compliments.
Still, even though it is huge, I'd kind of like something a bit bigger, and braked... but then if we went that way we may as well go HGV. Now there's a thought...
The trailertek looks expensive. I would expect a VERY good trailer for that money. The Halfords ERDE trailers are ok for light use. I had a smaller one for several years for hauling logs. It served well. The wheel bearings can eventually wear but easily replaced.
Hi
Have a look loot type papers too. We bought ours about 3/4 yrs ago for £50. It has been really useful as it holds most of our camping gear. Think about the size you want and then get the next size up...honestly you will fill it and then regret not going bigger
