hi, has anyone had any dealings with Camping World in Frensham and also Kampa. bought a Kampa OXWICH 6 for £240 on 7-7-13 from Camping World, used for a week end of July, only one spell of rain all week and the tent leaked, water comes in through the front door zip, very bad design, took back to Camping World, after them having the tent for 3 weeks and the only contact was us phoning them have now been informed the tent is ready to collect all they have done is sealed around the front zip, as there is a design fault with this tent, and now finding we are not the only people who have discovered this am very reluctant to have tent back, where do I stand have I no choice put to pick tent up and live with the fact it will leak in the rain. Please any help would be great.
