Hi Tiacat, just noticed your review of Orchard Cottage. I think we must have been the camper van you mentioned - we turned up just as you were leaving - and thought I'd point you in the direction of a campsite I think you'll like.
Try Frog's Hall near Eye in Suffolk, it's very much like Orchard Cottage - very simple but beautifully kept and very quiet. It's pretty easy to get to - just over two hours for us in north Kent. You'll find it here on UK Campsite and they have their own website. Run by a lovely couple.
