Hello there, in six years of camping we've had the lot, air beds, folding beds, mats, even a folding guest bed! I can safely say in MY opinion the mat was a nightmare, absolutely awfull felt like lying on a slab,how people sleep on these is beyond me, but each to there own, we have settled on a double electric air bed with built in pump £40 from aldi and it's fantastic, the kids have outwell camp beds.
