I have had same problem. Placed an order on 23 Sept and heard nothing since. No reply to my emails and no reply to phone calls. Have just looked again at their website which looks normal but as an experiment I tried to place an order but it seems now there is no actual payment page. Don't think it's looking good.
I've always had excellent service from them online. What a shame for their staff and for those who've paid and not had the goods.
It's also going to be a shame for all of those out in the sticks - They didn't charge humungous delivery charges. Some of the delivery charges I've had quoted from major firms have been a plain rip-off!

Oh dear what a shame. We were very lucky that we had our goods delivered the week before it sounds like they went under, we just had a slight problem with one of the poles received, nothing major maybe Outwell will sort in the circumstances. Good luck to everyone who purchased stuff and didn't receive it I hope you have the issues resolved quickly.
Taking money pre-shipping is obviously plainly wrong and I'm not in any way going to defend that.
But...
You can't blame them for trying to keep their problems quiet. Once the word is out that they are in trouble, the internet trade will drop like a rock and the chance of a successful rescue goes down the drain.
I'm feeling sorry for both sides... You lost your money, they lost their livelihood.

Ha ha just received an email (automated obviously) asking for my feedback on Outdoor World, wonder how many others have had these that didn't even receive the goods?!!
