Very lucky no-one was hurt, but how sad to lose those old trees. I haven't been to Nantcol but I know people who have, and they loved it there. I hope that the clearings created by the fallen trees will allow tree seedlings and wildflowers to flourish in the increased light, and before long new growth will regenerate the woodland.
