Hoping to do Bestival this year with my four sons. When would I need to book this to make sure of Camping Plus? I will be coming over from Ireland by ferry so need to be organised in advance ( difficult for me at the best of times!)

Hello! You can book now, but might be worth hanging on until the line up is announced ?? We pre booked last year, we were gutted we did because the line up was pants, would have preferred spending the money on another festival... although the children thoroughly enjoyed.. We have been going for the last 3 years, hope to go again this year if the line up is better!!

It is a good festival, but has IMO got ridiculously expensive. There are other smaller festivals around which have better line-ups and are cheaper. Camp Bestival does have a different vibe to other festivals we go to - its very commercial, busy & not very laid back! Is a good place for celebrity spotting though and our kids have always enjoyed it.
