Can any of you folks tell me if there are going to be tents at this event? Some of the literature says yes, but others no mention of anything other than awnings. Since I'm only interested in tents I can't work out if it's worth going to or not! Any advice? thanks

I think you will find the NEC show in Feb is the bigger tent show. PJ Camping do that one so maybe worth a call.

I have already investigated the NEC show, which certainly looks much bigger anymore suitable for me! It's just the Manchester one is only a 20 minute drive away, so much more convenient for me to get to!

Hi ribble.
I work at the Trafford centre one day each week, so have visited the show at Event City, but it has always been MotorHome and Caravan, never seen Tents as yet.
To be fair it's a tiny show compared to the NEC shows, and I won't be bothering to go to the Manchester show this year, so will visit the NEC in February far better experience IMHO.

Yep, doing the NEC Show in a day is a challenge in it self, with a bit of luck I will be there next Month if I can wangle a midweek visit through work. Would not even contemplate doing the weekend far to busy for me.
