The Cubmaster tent certainly exists or existed. I've got one. It is a two man sloping ridge tent - normally green in colour for the flysheet and a white inner. It has two uprights of differing heights and a ridge pole. The inner is suspended from for the uprights and a tape to hang from the centre of the ridge pole.
It IS descried as a Scout tent but whether or not it was supplied by the Scout shop, I know not.
I've got some picture of it erected. Reply by email and I'll send them.
Not like a Vango Force Ten - no A-poles and no level ridge.
Front is about 4ft high, back about 3. Length about 6'6" and width about 4'6" Bell end.
A great little tent for backpacking, hiking, of cycle camping.
