As lidds says, all companies can have a blip. The example Of G.O. sending out a return or display item is appalling.
On our first trip out after we returned to camping, two Easycamp chairs we bought from O.M. failed. We had to sit on the floor all week.
On our return we had the devil of a job getting them to take them back. As a result, I wouldn't buy furniture from them on-line, or any other big-ticket item, but I have called in and bought stuff in-store.
Never personally had a problem with G.O. and the £5 card has earned it's keep many times over. We got our BL6 for £630 with it, for example, price matched again a competitor's deal.
They all get the same stuff, made in the same factory, and they'll all get their share of duff kit. That's unless they unpack and personally check all supplies, and I've never heard of a retailer doing that with tents.
I work then on price. On that basis, where G.O. can verify it, they'll always be cheapest for card-holders.
