One thing that always makes me smile though, are comments like "only been used 4 times",
Is that 4 x 2 nights = 8 nights, or 4 x 14 nights = 56 nights? If folk put how many nights, in their adverts, rather than how many "times" they had been away, the true picture would be much clearer.
"Only used once.... From Easter to 30th September, in the South of France"!
