If you're a whiz with a sewing machine, you could copy our tried and tested method... Basic double valanced fitted sheet from Wilko, cut in half. New elastic in the now cut corners means each corner will just hook over the corners of the SIM and bed frame. For added "security", Muckerette (You guessed it wasn't me, right?) added a strip of wide elastic diagonally across each corner underside, in much the same way that fishing sleeping bags have straps, to hook under the bed frame corners. That does the job, and with 2 beds pushed together, it also means you have the bonus of a R/H & L/H valance sheet, to hide whatever you have stored under the beds.
Our current Expeds don't really try to move, as they are a good fit on the camp bed, but the SIMs we had previously did, and these sheets kept them in place perfectly.
