Hi, we are relatively new to camping, having only started last year. We took the montana away once last year (after trial pitching in the garden). We are planning to go next weekend and when pitching it yesterday, the small pole used to erect the rain safe porch snapped at one of the bend joints.
Has anyone else experienced something similar. Getting outwell spares sounds problematic. I can see you can buy replacement poles but I can't see any that come with the bend joint. We are going to try Go Outdoors today and I will call the Family Tent Shop tomorrow ( where we bought it from) as it's less than a year old.
Does anyone else have any guidance?
