For clubhouse look round the coast, Play area is usually what you'll get on most sites. Most kids would rather have a tree to climb, a stream to splash in. The be all and end all for most is daddy's full attention, with time to do the stuff that is always not now, later. Go forth and have fun  I doubt you will find time for a clubhouse
