Last year whilst camping we conceived a baby boy, who is the youngest camper in our family. He camped at 6 weeks old this year and took to it as easily as our other children. We have already been camping for about 14 days in the last 6 weeks and he is more settled under canvas than under brick pmsl.
The one thing I take is a sheep skin (or 4) for under babies koo-di, and for the other kids to sit on.
Our set up now consists of=
Montana Lake
Trailer/ extention
Cobb
Cadac
Primus
ghillie kettle
2 flasks
4 mtr home made polycotton tarp
Aerobed
canvas campbeds for kids.
Koo-di basinette for babies
Little life Arc
4 sheep skins
outwell sleeping bags and a couple of cheapies for throw overs.
2 adult moon seats 1 kids moon seat and a seat.
2 collapsable stools, ( essential )
LAPTOP with booster arial, for tv.
electric fan heater
home made electric light with long extention.
4 small clip led lights
2 Ikea collapsable trays
table
2 turbo flame lighters ( essential)
Our next edition will be a fridge, probably outwell.
this will probably only be used for beer and butter ;)
I'm under heavy pressure from o/h to buy a 5m bell tell ??? apparently our new son isn't fully experiencing life until he has been winter camping :(
