Whether on hard standing, or simply because it's winter time, sometimes a carpet and fan heater just don't cut the mustard, and tent slippers become the next step towards complete camping contentment!!

To be honest, I just have "normal" everyday slippers, although they are thick and fleecy.

Muckerette has "proper" camping slippers... something like these...

Me and the Mrs wore our Croc lookalikes on site in Aberaeron all week. Got home yesterday. But I must admit those items of footwear do look extremely comfy !!!

We always change into soft shoes when go going into the FC. It keeps the floor in the awning and the FC clean

We each have a pair of slippers that live in our camper. We never go in our camper with any outdoor shoes. Plus they keep our feet warm.

In summer we go barefoot in the tent and use crocs on site. In winter we use crocs in tent and wellies outside. My hubby just got some new crocs birght green he will be seen from the far side of the campsite

We all wear slipper boots inside the tent, we like bedroom athletics ones, they are fab when it is cooler.

Haha I do have lilac crocs but I usually take my salmon pink ones camping. Are they OK with green?

I enforce a no outdoor footwear in my tent at all policy..

I have crocs with fleece inners for colder months and go bare foot in the tent if it's warm-no outdoor shoes allowed!

Barefoot in the tent. We have plastic boot trays for putting the boots on. They have a lip so keep all the dirt in. I like the feel of the groundsheet and rug underfoot.
When I was young and fit, I had plastic mountaineering boots with a wool lined hut boot inner for the winter. They were the biz.
