This is getting silly...we have been deliberating for 2 months, and still can't decide.

After looking at the Outwell Montana 6, we have come to the conclusion that it is probably the best tent in terms of functionality and quality..... but it may become a real pain to put up/away on short weekend trips.

Does anyone know of a similar alternative, which is a little easier to put-up? Ideally something which also has a add-on awning/extension to reach the Montana size for longer trips.

I like the metal poles on the montana, and the build quality.... but it is at the upper limit of our budget.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.....as we clearly aren't fit to make our own minds up!

Hi,have you thought about buying second hand I have just bought a Outwell minnesota 4 used once perfect condition for £100 of gumtree very pleased with it.lot's of outwell's on there

A bit off the wall but I'm selling my Royal Atlanta 8 Tent with footprint, carpet and extension.



It's easy to pitch, I've managed it on my own.
Just thought it might be another option.

We only used if for two holidays, both 5days each and in the 10days only rained once.
It's too big now as my step daughter either stays at home or has her own pup tent.
