I am a member of C&CC, and have only stayed at their club sites.
Of all the C&CC club sites that I have stayed, they all had wardens on site 24/7, and I believe that is standard for all their club sites.
For non C&CC club sites, the only way to find out is to ask, or to rely on recommendations.
I have stayed at sites where there is no staff on site at night, however, they usually have staff that live nearby who can come to the sites if required to address any issues, contactable via emergency contact numbers displayed at the reception area.

You will soon become involved in something or other..unless you dont want to be of course.But..there are rules..lots of rules you must abide by...be in bed by 8 o,clock..no talking..no naked flames or candles etc..and certainly no going round the one-way system the wrong way!! Failiure to abide by these rules will result in you being pursued and reprimanded by the high-vis mounties.
However--if you intend to behave yourself and be a model camper..It is well worth the money to become a member
