Food for thought.. I've just posted a thread about trading my Nevada (which has never leaked) for a Bell tent. Will be watching this thread with interest...

Go for it! We did and wouldn't go back to a plastic tent if you paid me. I went with a 5 m zig karma. Not long come back from a week of heavy rain, strong wind & sun at Waxham too and the tent performed amazingly.

As for selling and moving back to nylon, no thanks don't really want to be back in a boil in the bag tent again.

Gareth, The Karma looks like a good tent (mesh doors etc) but what's it like to dry the tent out?
We don't have much indoor space and garden would be a very tight squeeze for the 5m version - 4m possible (although I understand 4m tent feels quite a bit smaller). There are 3 of us to accommodate.

Yes the 4m bell tent is quite a bit smaller than the 5m, I know this as we have a 4m one in the family. You loose quite a bit of standing up space.
Ours was to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children (3 & 9) and the 4m just wouldn't cut it.
It drys the same as any canvas tent really. Think of drying times comparable to a pair of lightweight jeans on the washing line. Ours just fits in the garden too, with around 30-50cm gap to the fence on some parts (We have to tie the guylines really short or to hooks on the fence.
The flymesh is why we chose to go with Karma, the 4m is from somewhere else, I can't remember at the moment. But yeah, really happy with it so far.
The 4m nearest (although looks the same size in the pic!) and the 5m Karma in the background.

Cornishpete to be fair I'm not sure... I just think it can't do any harm putting more fabsil on the tent.
MOWWD... For sale to the public, I doubt I will have it ready for 2015 as I'll only do it if I get it 99.99% perfect.
I love the look of the De Waards, so await can possibly feel a trip to your showroom may be due - possibly 2016?
