After another wet take down & me putting my back again the OH decided it was time for a caravan. So one was purchased yesterday! I shall be saying a sad farewell to my much loved tent & absconding to the dark side on September 20th. Thank you all for all your help & advice over the years & see you on the other side..... or one of the other forums!

Enjoy your caravan. Don't get yourself too bogged down in the all singing and dancing awning. They can be more time consuming than a tent.
Camping is camping anyway you can. I have the joys of tenting in my tent and caravanning in my Mam and Dads tourer.and bith have their advantages and disadvantages.
Going to put it up for sale on this site with other stuff. Happy Camper.😢

Camping in a tin tent or any outfit is still camping.
Enjoy your future camping trips in your new outfit.

Yes you can look out of your double glazed heated caravan and watch us tenters trying to hold the canvas down in the wind then getting all soggy in the wet...Oh what a joy lol.
Enjoy your new toy.
