how about a couple of decking boards across the garden where you could attach some caribiners in the correct positions for the base of the karsten to attach too, the decking boards could then have a hole at each end to put long pegs at a point where it would not be in the artificail grass, i.e borders
i was just going to suggest the same, but leave the boards about 1m long and put weights on them...
