paul+kate s-o-t it wasnt to bad I wouldnt recommend putting it up in the dark !!! but i love the tent its so spacious and the enclosed canopy is great for cooking, didnt put the extension up as we pitched to far forward to the road. We are going again in 2 weeks up to Waren in Northumberland over Easter so hopefully we will be better prepared. The only thing that bothered me was the doors dont enclose at the bottom so when we wwent to the toilet at night the dog could just slip through the gap, plus it let in a draft, but im thinking of either stitching some velcro in or getting it modified as there is a place near me that does tent repairs etc. And im going to invest in an electric pump !!

Just received and pitched our new Esvo cooking tent in the garden , won't be able to hide it from wife now!!    Will need to convince her the outwell Oklahoma day tent will be sold to some of the cost ... Anyone looking for one?

hi i am ready for the new years camping but not sure about my tent.bought a coleman mackenzie 6xl setup last april test run it for weekend ok went to looe in cornwall in august in the rain and it leaked like a sieve.Got the retailer to swap it for another mackenzie 6xl which we took away for a weekend at the end of 2014 season was ok no rain thou.Love the tent loads of room but not sure about using it this season scared i suppose lol.Anyone had any similar problems with this make of tent many thanks this is my very first post

Chrisnn is your garden big enough to wet it down and check for leaks? Nikwax is good for waterproofing, but i suppose not the point if its new xx
