Hi, just away in the force ten for the first camp of the year on Dartmoor. OCD is kicking in and thinking of cleaning the fly sheet. I have a vintage force ten probably over 30 years old but still orangey, could it be washed and reproved in a washing machine or is it best just to clean ad hoc with grangers cleaner? Thanks for your help

I wouldn't put it in the washing machine - wouldn't take the risk. I would erect it and clean/reproof by hand and let it dry in situ.

Depends how much of a risk you want to take!

Thanks for your reply. Your probably right, I will wait until the warmer weather and spend some time cleaning it up, and will try not to be impatient!
