at Annea521 - is that a Vermont with an extension and a vango adventure tarp?

Which lighting strips are everyone using? Surely can't be xmas lights

I never think to photograph our set up.

We use these lights run off a jump start battery pack. Hubby fitted a ciggy lighter plug to the end of the lights. Works well. :)

Hi,

Loving your setup. Can I ask two questions, what is the table above the fridge? And what do you put the fridge on?

We have a kauia reef which is similar to yours and we have always put the fridge on a large table, but it takes up so much space ;(

We always put all the packaging eg sleeping bag stuff sacks, boxes, table and chair bags in the tent bag and keep it in the boot of the car. Keeps the tent much tidier! Also, try taking your clothes in a supermarket bag for life each. We can survive a two week holiday (with a bit of washing of t shirts and smalls) with the one bag each!

If it's just me and DH camping we put all the bags from the furniture in the spare bedroom, if the bedrooms are in use the stuff goes under our beds or back in the trailer.

oh my word! gorgeous set ups ! have made me incensed with jealousy!!! We are inhibited by lack of space in the car & roof box (4 children to fit in as well...) so we cant take a lot :/ yours are all soooo homey and welcoming :) We just have: kitchen area: all the dirty clothes, rubbish, water, cooking stuff, a rug, a small zip up cupboard, the higear cooking stand with the small side table attached, the two ring and grill stove. and a pram and loo bucket. In the main area: the higear table with two benches and two stools, one big chair, a inflatable sofa, outwell coolbox fridge ehu, vango carpet, outwell hanging lamp pendant and fairy lights :), Bedrroms (x3) - two camp beds in each - but little low ones - with sleeping bags and pillows and fluffly blankets and small hanging lantern. outside we have two solar lights. That's it - might make some bunting for this year also but that is it as we cant fit anything else in :( so so so so jealous as we cant afford a trailer and tow bar neither :( although I will be showing my friends this thread as they all take the mick out of me for glamping and not camping - well, it appears I am positively minamilist haha ;p
