That brings back memories. We took our son camping when he was 18 months old, hes now 33. Best advice is to use a travel cot as a play pen during the day. It easier and safer to pop them into it when cooking or having to do something that takes your attention away from them. We all know from experience that very young children can disappear from view very quickly!
