Yikes! I daresay sites with rally fields or similar could handle it... wouldn't fancy taking it home wet, though - where on earth would you put it up to dry it?

And there's no living area to speak of, which means you will need to pitch a marquee alongside it to sit and feed everyone.
Part of me would like to pitch it, unzip and remove all the bedroom inners and have a party in it!

Our Sunncamp Manta was larger than this at 36ft x 17ft (if laid out the same, footprint was 36ft x 36ft).
Billed as 16 man but in reality you could sleep another 8 in the living area and still have a kitchen etc set up. . Living area was so huge we parked our Zafira in it. Thought we were mad doing it but somebody else did it with theirs too (see reviews for pics)!!
Always had to pay for 2 pitches but it was great fun And we used it a lot until friends and family lost interest in camping.

Didn't Argos sell this a few years ago, marketed as a scout tent? Would be ideal for guides, scouts and youth groups in their own rally fields.
We've struggled to find campsites that will take our Royal Pescara - never mind something this size - and actually resorted to blowing a small inheritance on a Kampa Croyde so we would fit on a commercial site last year!

because the quality of the fabric is not as high as ours, that's why! you would be lucky to find one with a HH more than 1500mm
