First thing in morning tent will most likely be wet on inside surfaces with condensation & after a wet night interior condensation will be even worse so if you are taking tent down as soon as you get up then you cannot really avoid a wet interior.
One solution is to take down at your leisure previous afternoon when interior is dry & you hope not raining & have a couple of cheap small popups or small domes for last night on site.

We travel regularly to two sites on holiday. Let's you get the most out of an area.
That means you are vulnerable to the wet tent.
However we accept that we need to get the tent down dry.
It has only been soaked once and when we relocated it was still raining.
We had no alternative but to put it up wet. The inside dried off and we postponed putting the bedding out till later.
There are few viable alternatives.

My old double skinned Hartford M is great for a wet pack-up: as chappers says, you just stow the fly separately.
Two other suggestions:
1: Nikwax your tent so the rainwater beads off it
2: See this thread about Karcher window vacs.

We toured last year for just over 2 weeks staying 3 nights here and there. Took a smaller tent (vango zeal 500) and use bin bags if wet - to put tent in and cover luggage etc. Planning on doing same this year. We've not used our big tent for last 2 years as decided it's more fun moving about and taking less stuff is quite liberating!
