We have had a few tents over the last 10 years and are now looking at buying one suitable for long and short trips away, I need something easy to put up and with the following: 2 bedrooms, sig and decent canopy (tunnel style preferred) - any recommendations please?
Thanks, Elaine x
Check out if there's a Kampa Hayling 6 too. There's a Kampa Croyde?
I would advise a 6 man tent for four people because the manufacturers only tend to factor in 70cm for each person sleeping like sardines. Most airbeds are wider than that.
my dream tent is an air inflatable one... looking at nearly £1000 for the one we want... one can dream...

Brand new to camping and we have bought a Montana 6P. It is pricey but great quality and very spacious inside. We bought an awning too but to be honest we don't really need it.
We have the 2015 Croyde 6, it's a great tent and we love it loads of space and great design. Only thing to bare in mind with the 2015 tent is the bedroom layout, they have changed it from two bedrooms (4+2) and I think the old layout had a larger second room than the individual rooms on the new one, to three bedrooms (2+2+2) with each bedroom only 1.3m wide, the dividers can be rolled up though. Not a problem for us as we are just three people so we roll up one divider to make a large room for me and the wife and our 9 year old has the smaller room. Each individual room would be small for two though!
Fantastic tent though and the built in canopy is a great feature.

We have the 2014 Kampa Croyde 6, a fab tent, it's our second one, the first one lasted five years and averaged 25 nights a year, that's why we bought another one the same, we've not seen anything better for the price. Ours has 2 bedrooms, a 4 and a 2, we zip up the divider too and have a huge bedroom with a double bed in the middle and our own door each side.
It takes us an hour from opening the boot to sitting down with the first beer and we don't travel light by any means
Lots of space, withstands bad wind (weather not me!), our fifth weekend away this weekend
