I use a 3.75m x 3.75m tarp for shade, and do not leave it up overnight or when I am away from the site for a significant period of time, unless I can be certain of good weather with very light wind.
I have not come across High Peak as a brand until now, therefore, I cannot comment on its quality.
I rig mine using the ridge line method, and attach the guys to the tarp via karabinas.
I use 2 sets of poles, the taller ones for the ridge line, and a pair of shorter ones in the front.
By attaching the guys to the tarp via karabinas, when I take the tarp down, I can leave all the guys in place without having to un-peg them.
Have a look at the
Tarp Origami if you have not already done so, for configuration ideas/inspirations to suit your needs.
Here is a pic of how I rig mine up:
I must re-emphasize that I do not leave it up overnight or when I am away from the site for long periods of time, unless I can be certain of good weather with very light wind.
