I have had a Vango Icarus since 2010 and I'm a 41 year old unfit woman with a spare tyre around the middle. The best way I have found out is this:
Peg out all four corners, not too tight as it can be re-adjusted later.
Open the front door. Put the front pole in, followed by the rear pole and lastly the middle pole.
Close the door.
Guy out, attach C Clips and adjust corners. Peg all other pegging points.
Do all in reverse to strike camp. Always roll towards the 'open' front door to get rid of air bubbles. Roll twice if necessary.
