Hi there,
The forecast says 40kph winds for part of the day you arrive, there is a big difference, that is only just under 25mph and would be classified a strong breeze.
If it were me, I would go without doubt, especially as the wind is forecast to drop and there is sunny weather forecast too, if we all only went camping in perfect conditions a lot of campsites would go out of business.
You have a decent tent which might be a bit harder work to pitch in a strong breeze but once you're done it will be fine.
On the trip we have just got back from, we had gusts of up to 55kph and our tent was fine, the choice is yours ultimately, but it is not as though you will be pitching in driving rain and a howling gale! You also have sunny weather to look forward to if the forecast is to be believed.
Then again, I am not easily put off camping, even carried on after dislocating my shoulder once I got out of hospital, just let DH and son do all the heavy stuff!
Hope you have a great time.
