Hi
we have just recently bought a unused tent from eBay Freedom Trail Grand Canyon 4 berth tent which for a family of three (2 Adults and a 5yr old) it is plenty big enough. Bit of a swine to put up but once up no major complaints, the only thing we do have a slight moan about is the sleeping area. It is very light at night for our little boy and tends to keep him awake do any members have any suggestions as to how we can darken the interior.

Place a lightweight black sheet, such as a bed sheet, over the top of the bedroom pod. This will make the sleeping area darker.

Think there are a few other threads on here along those lines, but how about a little pop up tent inside the bedroom pod, or if either of you are handy with a needle and thread, buy some blackout and line the bedroom pod

Just buy cheap eye masks from the pound shop or off ebay etc. Both me and my daughter need it to be really dark to sleep properly, so she has had one since she was about 3 or so.

They just become part of the camping sleeping attire.

I use a sleep mask but I'd imagine it will be difficult to keep one on a 5 year old
