As our 2014 Inspire 600 purchased from gary at Cross Camping in 2014 was damaged by the weather last year, Gary arranged for the tent to be the repaired at Vango's repair center. Vango subsequently decided to replace it with a 2016 model which Gary has now had delivered to us.
Just wanted to congratulate both Cross Camping and Vango
on excellent customer service.
That's Gary for you
He'll always go that extra mile to get his customer the best outcome possible
Well done Gary and vango

So let me get this right...if I buy a Vango tent from Cross Camping and it gets damaged in a storm in two years time, Vango will replace it with a brand new one? Sounds a good deal to me.

If they weren't already queuing around the block, I suspect they will be now!

Having recently done a deal with Gary on a Vango that we are picking up next month, the title of this thread made me raise an eyebrow. The content of this thread has made me grin like a Cheshire cat!
Sorry you had an initial bad moment syeshazplus2 but what awesome service afterwards.
