I prefer to go to the shop where possible and make my choice a good retailer will have several options of my desired purchase. The advantage I find is you see before you buy the goods never arrive damaged if a future problem arises its far easier to go back to the shop than to post back. Also what you save online if anything you will loose on returning in postage if its faulty with the guarantee period, finally you will be surprised at what you buy online is actually fake

Never used them before, but my new fridge has literally just arrived so no complaints about the service... not opened the box yet though!!
