Yep they do, probably the most affordable unit around at the moment is the Mobicool FR35 at around £270!
We have a Mobicool C40 (not B40) that works fine as a Freezer, but is 240v AC only, although cheaper we paid £139 back in 2013.
If you wan't to go really cheap, then a domestic table top or under counter freezer could be the answer, £70 is about normal, although most are 50lt or more and of course are quite large.
Another option could be a used Waeco CF18 etc, uber small and probably ideal for your Freezer needs, you may get lucky with an eBay find.

Yep, even the icle Waeco CF11 is around £250 but how cute is a 10.5lt Freezer to have in your car, it would probably fit on the front central armrest in the VW Golf I drive.

We had a table top freezer for camping but managed to get a waeco coolfun CK40 second hand which is about the same size but I'm more comfortable using it as it is designed for camping.
We too are a family of 5 but we have a 7 seater and trailer for all our gear.

We have a folding camper and it has a built in fridge with a tiny tiny freezer. I can see how handy a little freezer would be especially if you are doing your own catering. I want a Weaco Coolfun!

Some sites that have an iceblock freezing freezer might work for you.
I have seen people storing pizza, burgers etc. in thr freezer for iceblock use only. I would have used the freezer for keeping icelollies or ice creams frozen for an hour or so. I'd probably find some other children to finish the rest of the pack.
I have asked the campsite owner in their reception/shop, which sold individual lollies, to store a box of ice creams for an hour or so until dinner time. She was fine (yes , I was suprised but then I did ask!)
Are these 2 options any good for you?
