But your 'contract of sale' is with Sports Direct. It is legally up to them to sort it out.

I wore through a pair of walking shoes in 8 months. Apparently I had used them for walking... well they were walking shoes/trainers and not just trainers. Decided that it was easier to just buy another pair (although not from that branch and not the same style).
Have had contact with sports direct and to be honest so far so good sent me back an email back on the same day asking for pictures so, so far can't fault them( however alot off things going on so haven't sent pic yet will do it tomorrow)
Did my email to outwell on the grounds off feedback of product as a know they wouldn't do alot, however doesn't mean I should be happy with a product that is full off faults that no fault off sports direct. But yeah funny enough got an email back from outwell saying get hold off sports direct, might consider sending the back the message back in Danish see if that rattles their cage
Big surprise, sports direct might have changed their customer service, received their free post return address and less than a week after I send back the windbreaker back I have received my refund
