Hi, I'm new to camping having just took the family on our very 1st camping trip. We absolutely loved it and have booked again for the October half term. However, having only purchased a 2nd hand tent to test the waters with I need to replace a pole (1of the 2 grey) on the tent. I understand that the tent is discontinued but wondered how I could find the pole? I'm thinking maybe another tent may have the same. Any help in this would be greatly appreciated.

Try a camping shop, they sometimes have spares. Might help if people knew which area you were in,to give better suggestions. I had a broken pole once and was given a spare from Camperlands in Manchester for free.

Just had a look on GoogleMaps. Seems to be quite a few camping places in your area, give them a ring or ring Vango see what they say.

Measure pole diameter carefully (longer sections can be shortened) or take the damaged pole section, or a good one from the same set, to the shop with you, or take the complete pole set and if they have a suitable replacement section they might even fit it for you!

If you do have trouble finding one locally, or from Vango, try Tentspares.

Agree with the above, it will cost you about £3.50 for a replacement section ( I just bought one for my Vango tent).
