Had a great experience with these over the weekend. Took our tent in as it had been losing air in a couple of poles. No problems was sent away for testing; less than a week later a letter apologising for a 'manufacturing fault' full tent replacement! To say I was impressed was an understatement; well done Millets!

Had a similar experience with Millets.

Bought my tent online, took it out and one of the poles snapped in my hand and plastic splinters everywhere and in my hand..

Millets located some spare poles and hand delivered them to my door.
