Oh! I didn't know about those different blow up beds! Sorry!
As for heaters we bought a Kampa diddy but I suspect any fan heater will do? We leave ours on low setting overnight on cold nights. They are also fab for drying the tent on packing up day.

A big thank you to everyone who replied to my post. Well we are back and we were fine. The picnic blankets on the floor of the bedrooms were a big success. We on,y really had one cool evening and we went for showers, put our pyjamas on and our clothes back over the top which worked a treat. Also bought a small ceramic heater before we went which didn't make a huge difference but it was definitely a little warmer in the tent than outside.

Hope that anyone camping this Easter enjoys it as much as we did 🙂

Happy 2017 camping season all (it's my first post this year :-)).

Several of us have the Argos el cheapo heater - http://www.tkqlhce.com/click-1428744-10294381?url=http://www.argos.co.uk/product/4152174. It did me fine last Easter and hoping it will see us through another 5 nights later this week!

Heat Holders (mentioned at the top of this thread) are superb. In fact, I've just ordered some more. I also have Icebreaker merino thermals (they are on sale at Wiggle right now). Again, I've just ordered a second pair. I wear them in bed and layer over normal PJs when it's extra cold. I'm also a fan of Snugg Rug blankets - they are about £15 on Amazon. Great for when you are sitting out in the evening.

Glad it went so well, and thanks for reporting back to us.

Was that a fan heater? We have this one... Link....

The fan (and oscillation feature) helps with the air circulation, of course.
I doubt it's the biggest or the best, but it does for us, with all the safety features, the low wattage (1500 max) and it being reasonably compact etc. Takes the mid-winter chill off, if nothing else... and at the price in the link, an absolute bargain, as I'm pretty sure we paid around £16 for ours.
