In all honesty BB, having had to google your tent (not familiar with it), that was the first thing I thought... then I spotted it had an optional side porch, so went with that instead. Maybe it's the whole of Derbyshire that's thick!
Still not familiar with your specific tent of course, but we did have similar ("Eyebrow") poles over windows on a previous tent. I'd definitely agree that they need to go in early, when the tent is standing but still loose/saggy. Certainly before guying out etc.
The above two posts sound like good advice to me, and that velcro pocket that get's a mention even sounds like it is there fore that very reason?

Just been away with Mrs, Belper Bloke in the new Berghause Air 4, what a amazing tent, easy ish to pitch, great in the wind, lots of room for two, we have a footprint and carpet which worked well. Good vents no condensation, it was a cold at night, could do with a better way of closing the bedroom vent cold wind.
But all in all happy bloke from Belper.
Away in two weeks to Rutland Water, when I will be on my own so see how I get on putting it up, and back in that bag.

Feedback on butting up a Berghause Air 4 on you own.
Peg out the footprint nice and tight, position the tent, stat blowing up in middle air beam, at this stage fit the porch metal frame, blow up the other two air beams, max presure 4.5 PSI.
Close the door zips, then peg out the tent ground sheet.
peg out the guy ropes , job done about 40 min in total.
Very happy with the tent off again next week, to Northumberland, will let you know how I get on.
