Can anyone tell me why these pumps, [as sold Inflatable tents online]
Only have clips on instead of a 12v car plug, can't get to my battery and don't want to carry a battery around with me.
These pumps seem to be the quickest at inflatable, and wouldn't mine one for my Vango Illusion, getting lazy
I have the Bravo pump which I use with my Vango. The pump is excellent and works very well. You do have to connect it to the car battery....I have adapted mine and made an extenison lead for it, for when I can't get the car near enought. The lead is easy to make yourself or take it to your local electrican to make it for you.....
I've heard people use jump leads as an extension.
Battery wise look up 12v 7.2 ah gell battery. About 15-20 pounds from amazon / eBay. You need a car charger to keep it in good condition but a battery of this size is enough to inflate most tents 3-5 times
