I have been nosing around the forums for a long while and have been really impressed with what I have seen.
I would like some help if possible.
I have recently sold our Montana 6P and front awning (2017 model) as the tent was too difficult to erect with two young children to entertain. (mainly getting the poles into the eyelets and erecting on my own)
I would now like to move to an air tent and have narrowed it down to either a Kampa Croyde or Hayling in polycotton.
I like the way they look (grey is a good colour to keep for a few years) and also I am impressed with the strap system for pegging down (on my own mainly)
What are peoples opinions on both, I am edging towards the Croyde although it could be a little big for some pitches.
If I understand it correctly the Croyde has a closeable front panel but if I want that on the Hayling I pay extra for a front panel?
That would make both tents around the same price.
Does anyone have experience of the "sleep tite" bedrooms and do they actually make the room darker as all reviews are done with the bedroom doors open
We’re thinking of the Croyde 6 too. We like the options for the bedrooms as you can have one big bedroom, or have 3 x 2 berth or 4 and 2 pods. I think the Hayling is one big bedroom or two 3 berth pods so not as flexible. Of course there’s the option to buy another pod but it cuts out space in the living area so not doing that.
