Anyone got any experience with the Vango Skyliner and Skyshields?
The Skyliner hooks hooks to the tents skytrack system and is supposed to provide an additional thermal barrier and help condensation.
The Skyshield is a sheet that goes over the roof of the tent to protect from UV degradation and also provide an additional thermal layer ...
Are these just gimmicks or worthwhile additions? I've got a Vango Edoras 600Xl, we did a trial run in May (in the uk) when the brief heatwave hit us but it was freezing at night, much more so than our previous tent. Just wondering if these additions would actually help.
