Yes indeed, each to their own. No way of camping or caravanning is wrong or right in my opinion. As long as you don't annoy anyone else, spoil anyone else's enjoyment, or leave a mess behind, it's fine by me.
We are currently on a site in Norfolk with our 27 year old caravan and 11 year old car. It suits us just fine. We have been here since Thursday, and this is the first time we have used the internet on our laptops. We only really use them on holiday to check the weather forecast or check out somewhere we want to visit. Social media? No way!! Emails, possibly if I'm expecting something important, otherwise no. Had two weeks in July with no internet at all. No problem, we managed just fine. Neither of us has a smart phone. Off out now, may look in again later, or may not.
------------- Best Regards,
Colin
